WOYWW #217

I've been away for a couple of weeks during which time I switched my computer on only once and that was the day before coming home. I mainly use my phone these days but blogging from it does not allow me to link - at least if it does, I haven't found out how to do it yet. Anyway Julia, I'm here this week and if Blogger allows me, I should be able to link to your blog and Mr Linky. My little space has been cluttered these last 2 days while I made birthday cards. All cleared away so no-one can spy them this is it just now: The usual scissors etc but the keen eyed amongst you will spy my new Distress markers. I've used them already and they are super. I also found out that it's better to store Cosmic Shimmer glue on its side so I've had to shift a few things around to be able to do that. The flowers may or may not be used on a project I have yet to make but it was good to shake the dust off them. I finally found out the result of the skin biopsy I had 3 months previously - eczema!!!!!! (sp?) Why it took that long to tell me I don't know. Thank you for all the best wishes when I was waiting, it meant a lot because at it's height it had me worried. Right then, I can feel another card in the making so I had better crack on.

Lovely colours on those markers - I have two, I'm slowly building up a collection :)) Glad to hear you have a definite diagnosis, now you know it's eczema you can start to find ways of treating it and that always helps. Have a good week. Elizabeth x #16

I own so many different markers and color mediums that I couldn't justify buying the Distress Markers too, but I have heard they are fabulous, so would love to see what you get up to with them. I hope you find a suitable treatment for your Eczema to keep it at bay. Have a great week. Danie #25

So the distress markers are worth a try? You enabler, you! LOL Glad the biopsy results are back and it is only eczemer, had that most of my life and it is worse in cold weather. Responds well to sea water! Annette #1 for the first time in 4 years!

Of course you were worried - the very word biopsy is enough huh! Hope it's a controllable eczema and you don't suffer from it. As usual your desk is looking great, but am really having to admit to being super impressed that you've had two weeks off from technology - freeing, I bet!
