Both phone and internet connections in the area where we are (near to Corfe Mullen, Dorset) are complete rubbish and I am tearing my hair out throughout the days. However, my determination to join in with our lovely leader Julia's woyww has me calm just now.
I am still enjoying good weather and have only been caught a couple of times by a shower. Not much crafting this holiday though but I have made this:
I took the instructions from Laura Carson who makes unbelievable ATCs and little works of art such as this chest of drawers. I sent to America for some of the items I needed before we came away but still had to source a couple of beads, which I had forgotten to pack, a tassel and a key. I have taken an age to load this photo so will have to catch up with more shots when I get home.
Just have to share this one though:
My most favourite view whenever I visit Poole, the Sunseeker boatyard. There were 2 like this in the water and several more being 'created' in the hangars. At over £12-15 million each, some folk are really rich eh?? To top that, there was another in the marina!!! Must win that Euromillion lottery.
We have booked an extra 3 nights here as the owner had had a cancellation, so won't be going home until at least a week on Friday. The weather is going to get hot again aswell. Yippee.

So where is home? I live in Dorset and was down at the quay last week for the bike night on Tuesday as my other half rides. Yes there were a few of those fabulous craft in the boat yard and one that size in the marina. When I go to portugal in the winter with my mum the marina has masses of that size and bigger would you believe there are people with that kind of money???!!!!
Drawer chest looks great, you have done a good job.

That brings back memories. i was born in parkstone, Dorset and still have lots of family around that area. I still enjoy visiting Poole Quay whenever I am down there. Lucky you to get some sunshine. Even Dorset has had its fair share of rain this year, though usually the clouds hit the Purbeck hills and stop.
Your little chest looks awesome. that is quite a project for a holiday.
I have blog candy on offer so feel free to sign up to be in with a chance to win.
