ATCs/CARDS WITH ATTITUDE CHALLENGE # 21 - ANYTHING GOES

Hi everyone, I'm back from my holiday and I have another exciting challenge to tell you about.

I managed to quickly make an ATC having chosen an image from Meljens.

The background was mopped distress inks from my craft sheet. I printed the re-sized peacock onto the card and coloured it with Copics. A few tiny 'blobs' of rock candy stickles gave a bit of sparkle.
