Look who is living in the pansy border:
Titchy, tiny baby toads. I think they are toads because they walk rather than jump and have quite dry, bumpy bodies. We have had toads in the garden for years due to having 2 ponds, and I suppose this wet summer has suited them well.
I shall keep an eye on them 'cos they are gorgeous.

oh so cute, they would not last long in my garden as the outside beast (cat) would have them up in a NY minute. thanks for sharing, hugs
I saw a couple in my garden yesterday but they sneeked off before I could get a good look. Isn't wild life nice to have in the garden, thanks for sharing xx
They certainly look like toads to me, aren't they just the sweetest things? So tiny - I bet you don't have too much trouble with slugs in your garden. Great photo of them Joanne. Crafty hugs, Anne x
Great photo....how lovely to have them ;)

Oh! I am glad I don't have a pond, although as long as they're not jumping I'm ok! I couldn't look at your picture for long though! Hugs, Chrisxx
